Forskolin may elevate your normal heart rate and this may lead to tachycardia. When your rate increases you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitation and rapid pulse. Complications associated with tachycardia include heart failure, blood clotting or sudden death.

  • Acidity Problem

Forskolin increases the acidity level in your stomach. The side effects are nausea, heart burn, and indigestion. It is suggested that if you are suffering from stomach ulcer then intake of this medicine could be dangerous for you.

  • Drug Interactions

Consult your doctor before you start your treatment with Forskolin. Use of Forskolin and blood thinners may increase the development of the problem of bleeding.  The use of this supplement may result in decrease of blood pressure.
